Do I need WhatsApp or a Meta approval to use L2C?

No. L2C Native Chat and the whole CRM — inbox, leads, tasks, quotations, invoices and payment requests — work on their own. External channels such as WhatsApp are optional and are connected per workspace when the provider account and approvals are in place.

How does the trial work, and what happens when it ends?

The trial is time-limited and gives you the full trial package, and you can start it without entering card details. With no card on file nothing is charged and no subscription starts automatically at the end. If you have not subscribed by then, your workspace moves to a limited state where you can still read and export your data — nothing is deleted because a trial ended. The exact trial length and rules shown on the pricing page come from the live trial policy.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Prices are published per market. The pricing page shows the currency and interval resolved for your market, and the same resolver is used at checkout, so the price you see is the price you are charged.
