Privacy notice
Two different roles
On this website, L2C AI decides how your details are used, so we are the data controller. Inside the product, your business decides what customer information is stored and why — your business is the controller and L2C AI processes that information on your instructions.
What this website collects
If you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, and any phone number, business name and message you type. We record the time of the request and a one-way hash of your email address so we can prevent abuse of the form. We do not buy personal data and we do not sell yours.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a demo you asked for, and to keep a record of that contact. We do not add you to unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Inside the product
Workspace data is separated per business and access is enforced by the database, not only by the interface. Sign-in details are handled by our authentication provider. Card payments are handled by the payment provider your business connects — full card numbers never reach L2C AI.
Keeping and deleting data
Website enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Workspace data is kept while the workspace exists, and is not deleted just because a trial ended.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond. If your details are held inside a customer's L2C workspace, we will pass your request to that business, because they control it.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated notice applies.
